SERVICES
We have two worship services at 9:00 & 10:45 a.m.
Nursery (for newborn children through 24 months) is provided during both services.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
During the 9:00 a.m. service, Sunday School is provided for 2 year old's through adults. During the 10:45 a.m.
service, Sunday School is provided for 2 year old's through Kindergarten.
STRUCTURE
Our service isn't strictly structured. There is nothing you need to know or remember. We encourage people to bring their own Bible, but if you don't have one, use the Bible underneath a nearby chair. In fact, take it home with you if you can't afford to buy one.
The Lord's Supper
We celebrate The Lord's Supper on the first Sunday of the month, and on special occasions. During the Lord's Supper, we serve both wine and white grape juice, so that those who have a scruple about drinking alcohol have an option. We also make gluten-free bread available for those with wheat and gluten allergies.
Offering
We take up an offering in every service. Our church is not centrally funded and the finances are the responsibility of church members. If you do not wish to contribute, just let the basket pass by. Many members arrange their giving online, so a significant portion of the congregation will not be putting anything in the basket.
Music
If you’ve only attended “traditional” church services, you may be surprised to see a variety of musicians at our services, from a simple keyboard and guitar to a full rock band. The songs we use vary from the traditional hymns to more modern worship songs. We have a video projector and large screen, onto which the song words are projected, so you should have no difficulty keeping up. Our congregation has a wide range of musical ability—so if you can’t sing or don’t know the tune, you won’t be the only one…
Message
Our messages (or sermons) generally make full use of the church’s media equipment, with illustrations and photographs as appropriate. We tend to run a series of sermons across several weeks: if you happen to come in in the middle, and want to catch up on what you missed, Simply download a sermon online for free. All of our teaching is rooted in the Bible. We primarily use the ESV (English Standard Version). If you don't have a Bible, feel free to use the Bible in the seat in front of you; or - share!
Children
We offer classes and programs for children of all ages, including a nursery for babies. There is also a Cry Room for nursing mothers and crying infants. For more information please go to our Children's Ministry page.
Disabled Facilities
The church has front row parking available for people with disabilities, as well as wheelchair access. Please, if you need any assistance, ask an usher.
